Nic Pavia has been chosen to be the LaSalle Vipers captain for the 2021-22 season.
Pavia was slated to be an assistant for the recent season that was canceled due to the pandemic, and will now take over the captaincy duties with the graduation of previous captain Jack Bowler.
A LaSalle native, Pavia played his minor hockey with the LaSalle Sabres before joining the Vipers where he won the Hardest Working Player Award in his first year with the team in 2019-20.
Heading into his final year of junior hockey eligibility, Nic is also a student at the University of Windsor. With his great work-ethic and leadership qualities both on and off the ice, he is the ideal individual to represent the Vipers and the Town of LaSalle.
