Two LaSalle Vipers were named to the GOJHL Western Conference Rookie All-Star Team.
Defenseman Spencer Lecot and goaltender Sami Molu were selected to the six-man team that recognizes the best first-year players at their respective positions.
Lecot began the season with the Leamington Flyers where he played the first 18 games of his season before being dealt to LaSalle for his next 30 games. In total the 18-year-old scored six goals and 22 points in the regular-season and then added four assists in eight playoff games.
The 18-year-old Molu appeared in 32 regular-season games where he ranked second in the Western Conference in minutes played, along with a 3.10 goals against average and a 0.90% save percentage.
