Vipers Searching For Winning Formula After Losses To Sarnia & Komoka

The LaSalle Vipers dropped both of their games this past week to fall back to .500 for the first time this season.

The Vipers were shut out by last-place Sarnia at home on Wednesday night and then lost 5-3 to the Komoka Kings on Saturday night despite a much better effort. The Kings broke a 3-3 tie late in the third and then scored into the empty net to skate away with the two points.

Now with a record of 11-11-2-1, the Vipers sit in 6th-place in the Western Conference with one game left on the schedule before the Christmas break. They will look to go into the break on a winning note when they host the Strathroy Rockets on Wednesday night in LaSalle.
